By accepting these Terms & Conditions you agree that:

• This website is intended to help recruitment agencies approach individuals interested in selling "Slivers-of-Time". You are willing to be approached by agencies offering such a service and understand your data will be made available to them.
• If you have requested an email newsletter you consent to receiving such a newsletter which may contain links to related websites.

We assure you that:

• This site will not use your data for any other purpose than those stated.
• Agencies who are permitted to access your data are contractually obliged to (a) not store your data in any other form until you signify your willingness to register with them (b) stop contacting you if requested to do so (c) not approach you about any services other than a Slivers-of-Time marketplace (d) respect a 100 day trial period after you register with them. If you have credible reasons to believe they are not actively launching a Slivers-of-Time marketplace in that time you can notify system administrators and become available for approaches by other agencies.
